1. Introduction

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

33bit regularly offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless otherwise explicitly stated in the individual promotion details:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal from a bonus-funded balance is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Bonuses and free spins have a fixed validity period. Any unused bonus or winnings derived from free spins that are not converted to real money within the stated validity window will be forfeited automatically.

Unauthorised reproduction, copying, modification, or distribution of any 33bit content is strictly prohibited.

The 33bit brand name, domain, and associated trademarks may not be used by any third party for commercial or promotional purposes without explicit prior written permission from 33bit management.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33bit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services. This includes losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or delays in payment processing.

33bit makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses. While we take commercially reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and data integrity, unforeseen technical events can occur. Users accept this inherent risk by using the service.
